Day of Iyengar Yoga

This general level workshop is suitable for those with one year’s practice of Yoga and will include work on standings, forward bends, back bends, inverted work plus variations and some relaxation and Pranayama – a good all round practice.

Fiona is an Intermediate level Iyengar teacher with over 25 year’s practice.  

She teaches in and around Inverness.
