Autumn Workings
With the Anam Cara Community
10-17 October
(starts Friday evening)

October is another busy month on the land with tree seed collection,
raspberry cane cutting and tree packing as the main contenders for
attention. We are looking for people to participate in these
activities offering food and accommodation in exchange for labour.
The week will include the option of a day's guided walk in the
surrounding hills, plus several evenings of creative activities which,
depending on the interests of the group, may include African drumming,
singing, dance, artwork, or perhaps informal discussions on spiritual
topics and community living.
The facilities at Anam Cara will be available for personal practice of
meditation, yoga and related disciplines. Like 'Time for Trees' we
are keen to promote a mindfulness discipline in the working day.
No charge, 12 participants
Refundable deposit of £50 required.
