Autumn’s beauty is beginning to manifest as the first leaves are turning – the foliage dazzles us with a spectrum of mellow and gentle colour. It is Nature’s time to withdraw into the Earth, shedding that which is no longer of value and storing its energy in the core of its being.

This weekend will be a celebration of the sacredness and beauty of this time of year, recognizing and honouring what the autumn has to teach us. As Nature turns inwards, it is also our time to retreat, reflect, and integrate the experiences of the season. This is the time to calm the chatter of the mind and open ourselves to the truth that is already there.
