Weaving with Rushes

From mats to baskets, rope and cordage, storage containers and mandalas – the ‘great reedmace’ or cattail, known to the Native Americans as ‘Swamp Dancers’, provides us with fantastic material to weave almost anything. During this day together, we will be pre-dominantly focussing on weaving mats and small containers.

The cost for each day event is £45 which includes the materials. 

A non refundable deposit of £25 is required to secure a place.
