Samhain – Dark Moon Lodge
31 October – 2 November
(starts Friday evening)
Samhain is the autumn’s end and the beginning of winter. Leaves have
fallen from the trees, birds have migrated, animals have gone into
hibernation, frosts have come, cold and darkness descend.
Samhain is the Celtic New Year and as we move into the ‘darker phase’
of the year’s cycle the mystery of transformation occurs. Samhain brings a
mystical energy which we can use to explore and better understand
ourselves. It is an opportunity to contact a deeper inner beauty,
journeying beyond the rational, logical and the seen world. This weekend
will nurture an awareness of this deeper beauty, the Divine within.
Included in the weekend will be shamanic journeying (no experience
necessary) and fire vigil. Participants need to have taken part in at
least one Sweatlodge Ceremony at Anam Cara to partake in this event.
Cost £65, 13 Participants
