Star Medicine Lodge

In many ancient and shamanic cultures, stars served as a symbol for
universality and divine protection. All the stars that are suns for other
planets were the great life-bringers, like our own sun. There are legends
amongst Native American tribes that their ancestors back in the mists of
time were the ‘Children of Star People’ and every human life that leaves
this earthly plain becomes a star to shine upon us at night sharing the
wisdom and knowledge of the ancient ones with us.
This Sweatlodge weekend will provide the opportunity to absorb the
beauty and abundance of the rich cosmic night lights as we are in the
midst of the long-nights cycle of the year. This is the time to tap into
our own knowledge and wisdom allowing it to merge with the ancient wisdom
of our ancestors.
