Time for Trees

Time for Trees

with Alastair Cunningham & Margaret Kearney

21-28 May

(Starts Friday evening)

The first week will follow our established programme, which, as in previous years involves the propagation of native tree seedlings from locally selected seed.

The work is light, simple and good communal fun. We work a seven hour day which will include a daily awareness practice in the form of a silent period of mindfulness. Additionally participants are invited to attend a formal meditation practice each morning and evening.

No previous experience of meditation is necessary. As in pervious years we will incorporate a day off during the week for just chilling out, with the option of a days guided walk in the local hills.

Full board and accommodation are offered in exchange for labour.

No Charge, 12 Participants

Refundable deposit of £50 required
