How to Book
Paying your Deposit
To book your place on any of our residential courses, please complete a booking form and send with a non-refundable deposit (course below £400 - £50 deposit; courses over £400 - £100 deposit) for course payable by cheque (made out to 'Anam Cara') or by electronic bank transfer (please contact office for bank details on 01463 711702).
For booking onto the Two Year Shamanic Practitioner Training, please contact Twobirds at Anam Cara for an application form and return with a £200 deposit.
Please note, day events should be booked and paid directly through the trainer.
For all Zenway Courses please contact the trainer direct to ensure there is space on your course. Please note that the course fee should be sent direct to Zenways. Once your place has been confirmed by Zenways, then contact Anam Cara to book your residential stay. In order for us to confirm your accommodation/meals, please complete our booking form and send your payment either by cheque or electronic transfer. Our office will be happy to give you our bank details.

Payment of Remaining Balance
Any outstanding balance should be paid three weeks prior to course start date either by cheque or by electronic transfer.
Please contact us for our bank details together with tracking reference code to quote to your bank for bank transfer/ payments.
For Co-operative bank users please request a Bank Payment rather than BACS as the latter method of payment does not allow named reference.
NB: Some concessionary rates are available for the unemployed and low waged and vary for each workshop.
Once you have paid a deposit for a course at Anam Cara you are guaranteed a place on the workshop. Courses under £400 require a deposit of £50; courses over £400 require a deposit of £100. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable.
If you have to cancel a workshop:
- We offer the option to transfer your full payment and deposit to another course when given reasonable notice (e.g. more than 3 weeks). Or we can return your payment less the non-refundable deposit. A shorter notice period may be considered on a case by case basis.
- No return of payment will be made for short notice cancellations (within 7 days of the start of the course) unless your place can be easily filled, then deposit only will be retained to cover administration costs.
