How to Book
Booking Form & Deposit Payment
To book a place on any of Anam Cara's residential courses, please complete our online Booking Form and pay a non-refundable deposit of £100 (courses below £400) or £200 (courses above £400). Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer or cheque. If you have not received our BACS details and tracking reference code after submitting your Booking Form, please contact the office.
For all Embracing Shamanism, Zenways & Craig Dickson courses, please contact the trainers directly to reserve your place on the course prior to booking your residential stay with Anam Cara. Once you have been accepted onto any of the above courses, please complete the Anam Cara Booking Form and return with the relevant deposit for your residential stay. Payment can be made either by electronic bank transfer or cheque.

Payment of Remaining Balance
Any outstanding balance should be paid four weeks prior to course start date either by electronic bank transfer or cheque.
For Co-operative bank users please request a Bank Payment rather than BACS as the latter method of payment does not allow a named reference.
Concessionary Rates
Some concessionary rates are available for the unemployed and low waged and vary for each workshop.
Please contact the office for details.
Cancellation Policy
Once you have returned your completed Booking Form and paid your deposit for a course at Anam Cara you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking.
Please note, all deposits are non-refundable.
If you have to cancel a workshop:
- When given reasonable notice (more than 4 weeks), we will offer the option to either transfer your full payment and deposit to another course, or we can return your payment less the non-refundable deposit.
- No return of full payment will be made for short notice cancellations (within 14 days of the start of the course). If your place can be easily filled, then deposit only will be retained to cover our administration costs.
