Overview
Taoist Internal Alchemy, Qigong, and the practice known as "Healing Love" are components of traditional Chinese Taoist philosophy and holistic health practices. These ancient practices aim to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, promote physical and mental well-being, and enhance spiritual growth.

Taoist Internal Alchemy
Taoist Internal Alchemy, also known as Neidan or Nei Dan, is a traditional Chinese Taoist practice centred on cultivating and refining the inner energy or life force (Qi) within the body.
This ancient method employs meditation, breathing exercises, and visualisation techniques to purify and transform the Three Treasures - Jing (essence), Qi (energy), and Shen (spirit), with the ultimate goal of achieving longevity, health, and spiritual enlightenment.

Qigong (Chi Kung)
Qigong, or Chi Kung, is a holistic system encompassing coordinated body postures, movement, breath control, and meditation aimed at cultivating and balancing Qi, the vital life energy.
Through slow, deliberate movements, controlled breathing, and focused intention, practitioners enhance the flow of Qi throughout the body, experiencing various health benefits such as stress reduction, improved balance, and increased vitality.

Healing Love
Healing Love is a branch of Taoist Inner Alchemy associated with sexual energy cultivation and focuses on transforming sexual energy for both health and spiritual development. This practice involves specific techniques to circulate and transform sexual energy within the body, harmonising the dual forces of Yin and Yang. The Healing Love techniques enhance overall health, vitality, and longevity.

This retreat is suitable for beginners.
